Gentil Nduwayesu

Hi, I'm Gentil Nduwayesu, founder of MindForm.

I’m a personal trainer and rehab-focused coach with four years of training experience, plus experience coaching kids in sports, teaching boxing to youth and adults, and leading group fitness classes. I also work as a rehabilitation assistant at the Halifax Infirmary, which has strengthened my understanding of movement quality, exercise form, and helping people build confidence as they return to activity.

My goal is to help people who want more than just a workout plan. I work with clients who want guidance, accountability, and a safe path forward, whether they are getting back into training after an injury, trying to follow exercises from their physiotherapist properly, or looking for a hybrid option that combines online coaching with in-person support.

Outside of coaching, I enjoy playing soccer, boxing, hiking and trail running, and I bring that same mindset into my work: move well, stay consistent, and build strength that carries over into real life.
